The aim of the company was to develop, produce and sell analyzing modules all based on the ultrasonic principle. It started to concentrate on the production of portable ultrasonic milk analyzers under the trade name LACTOSCAN.
Although this milk analyser is a standalone device, it is controlled by own electronic design and software, and is safeguarding the first step in the milk collection system. The company gives the highest priority to these electronics and its software in
order to solve any complex problem arising.
The company has CE mark (approval for electrical safety) and ISO 9001:2000 certificate for all produced milk analysers.
The company started to gather experience with Lactoscan milkanalyzer in the local market and after adopting, modifying and improving the quality system sell? abroad. There are thousands of Lactoscan milkanalysers sold till now. Milk quality analysers Lactoscan work in a very efficient and reliable way all over the world. Milkotronic is now selling via
agents/distributors .
LACTOSCAN is based on the new high-end ultrasonic technology. The ultrasonic working principle is based on measuring the speed of the ultrasound in milk and dairy products. All results from the LACTOSCAN analysis are based on a direct measurement of the parameters, which means confidence in results. The ultrasound technology overcomes some of the basic disadvantages of the infrared technology. Due to the ultrasound technology: LACTOSCAN measures directly cold milk samples starting at 5°C; there is no need of LACTOSCAN's periodical calibration; the measurement accuracy of LACTOSCAN is not dependent on milk's acidity; LACTOSCAN analyses any kind of milk.
It is also possible to connect the LACTOSCAN to a computer with special software, saving all the information as an Excel document, so the customers can use the results for their information system.
